Fired for a Facebook Post

Can you be fired for complaining about your boss or working conditions on facebook, or is that protected free speech? The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has jumped into a legal battle supporting a woman who was fired because she complained about her boss on facebook. They contend that a conversation on facebook is today’s equivalent of gathering at the water cooler.
